Guest Ratings & Reviews
I have to say this hotel is a great choice if you want to be close to everything in downtown Phoenix. The rooms were really nice and clean, but with the scorching hot weather, who wants to stay indoors, right? The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly and attentive. The location is perfect, steps away from all the action. The dining experience was excellent, with amazing dishes that left me wanting more. Overall, a great stay worth every penny!
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and decently sized for a comfortable stay, with great lighting and recharging stations. The service was friendly and responsive, although there was a slight hiccup with the gift card. The location was convenient, close to downtown Phoenix. Dining offered some wonderful options but had a few misses. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, near the light rail and with easy access to restaurants and stores. However, the rooms were disappointing with poor lighting, small screens, and a run-down feel. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being wonderful while others were rude. The dining experience was enjoyable, though with limited options. Overall, there were some positives and negatives to consider.
